Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Dotnet Developer, located in Nagpur with some work from home opportunities. The Dotnet Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our travel platform. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and optimize software solutions. The engineer will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the platform’s reliability and performance.
Qualifications
• Develop scalable and efficient web apps using both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Implement user interfaces with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and usability using Javascript and jQuery
• Build and maintain server-side logic, database management, and APIs using C#.
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases (MySQL and NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot issues across the application stack.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with microservices and service-oriented architecture is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of professional experience in .NET development
• Proficiency in C# and API development
• Knowledge in Software Architecture and Design Patterns
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
Nice to Have
• Experience with integrating third-party REST, SOAP, or Webservice APIs
• Experience in integrating travel industry APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Redis, etc).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
