About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer for development and
management of our web applications’ frontend. You will play a pivotal role in translating
ideas into seamless, user-centric designs and robust implementations. Working closely
with cross-functional and distributed teams, you will ensure our web applications are
intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling, with a focus on innovative UI/UX and the
exploration of agentic AI experiences.
Key Responsibilities
● UI/UX Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web
applications with a strong emphasis on UI/UX excellence.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product managers,
designers, backend developers, and QA teams to bring ideas from conception to
production.
● Agentic AI UX Exploration: Show a strong interest in exploring and implementing
agentic AI user experiences within web applications.
● Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews,
and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality and performance.
● Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve frontend performance
bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions.
● Offshore Flexibility: Be available for flexible working hours to coordinate with
distributed teams across different time zones.
● Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies
and trends, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
● Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or
Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and state management libraries.
● UI/UX Focus: Strong background in CSS and a passion for crafting exceptional
user interfaces and experiences.
● AI Interest: Demonstrated interest in exploring and implementing agentic AI UX
solutions within web applications.
● Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills with experience
working in agile, cross-functional environments.
● Problem Solving: Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
● Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours for effective
collaboration with global teams.
Nice to Have
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
● Prior experience working in a distributed/offshore team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per year
