Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Nagpur (Hybrid)
Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
•Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
•Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
•Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software
•Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
•Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
•Work independently and manage tasks in a hybrid work environment
Required Skills:
•Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js
•Backend experience with Node.js / Express.js / PHP / Python / Java
•Experience with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
•Familiar with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
•Version control tools like Git
•Good problem-solving and debugging skills
•Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
•Prior experience working in a startup or product-based company
•Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
