What You Need
5+ years professional full‑stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in Next.js, Flutter, and React Native.
Hands‑on experience with Amazon EC2 and server‑side deployment.
In‑depth knowledge of MongoDB (schema design, aggregation).
Ability to architect and document scalable system designs.
Proven track record of leading cross‑functional delivery teams.
