What You’ll Do
- Participate in full SDLC: analyze, design, test, and deploy features.
- Lead design and architecture brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor peers.
- Diagnose, fix, and refactor existing application issues.
- Research emerging web trends and propose performance improvements.
- Produce clear technical documentation and test reports.
- Optimize application performance through profiling and code tuning.
What You Need
- 4+ years of JavaScript, HTML, CSS development.
- Strong C# and .NET experience.
- Proficiency with SQL Server and other relational databases.
- Hands‑on knowledge of non‑relational databases.
- Practical experience with Claude Code.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an onsite environment.
- Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
