We’re seeking a senior‑level MERN Stack Engineer who excels at crafting web applications that remain functional without reliable internet. The role demands deep expertise in full‑stack development and a proven track record of delivering offline‑first solutions for complex business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain full‑stack web apps using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.
- Create responsive UI with React Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
- Design scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Optimize database queries and overall application performance.
- Implement offline‑first features, client‑side storage, and data sync mechanisms.
- Implement retry logic, offline queues, and eventual consistency models.
- Apply service workers, CDN, and Redis caching for performance.
What You Need
- 9+ years of professional MERN stack development experience.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern React.
- Proven ability to build offline‑first or disconnected applications.
- Hands‑on experience with IndexedDB, LocalStorage, PouchDB or SQLite.
- Strong background in designing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Proficiency in designing and tuning MongoDB schemas and indexes.
- Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience with PouchDB‑CouchDB synchronization.
- Familiarity with React Native or Ionic frameworks.
