Job Summary
We are seeking a Power BI Developer with experience in building robust reporting solutions for finance, HR, operations, and academic performance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in creating secure, scalable, and interactive dashboards, working with multiple data sources, and implementing role-based access control in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports for finance, HR, operations, and academic metrics.
• Build and manage centralized data models using DAX, Power Query, and ETL tools.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for role-based access and data visibility.
• Integrate and transform data from sources such as SIS, HRIS, Excel, and public data APIs.
• Design reports with support for COA codes, performance KPIs, and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, IT, and leadership.
• Prepare training materials, data dictionaries, and documentation for handoff.
• Support UAT, feedback incorporation, and final deployment.
Requirements
• 1+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL pipelines, SQL databases, and Excel/CSV-based data imports.
• Proficient in configuring RLS, workspace management, and Power BI Service deployments.
• Ability to manage data integrations from multiple business systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Prior experience in finance, education domains is a plus.
