Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer with strong AI/ML Engineering experience (5+ Years). The ideal candidate should have an AI-first mindset, strong ownership, and a go- to attitude to design and deliver production-grade intelligent backend systems.
Key Responsibilities :
• Design and build scalable backend services using Python Develop and maintain REST APIs for AI/ML-powered applications
• Fine-tune and adapt existing ML/LLM models for domain-specific use cases
• Implement transfer learning pipelines for production workloads Integrate LLMs and ML models into backend systems
• Build model inference and serving infrastructure Develop data pipelines for training and fine-tuning Optimize inference performance and latency Architect reusable AI backend components
• Take ownership from design → deployment
Required Skills :
• Strong Python backend development experience Experience building REST APIs (FastAPI / Flask / AsyncIO) Hands-on AI Engineering / ML integration experience Experience with model fine-tuning and transfer learning
• Experience working with pretrained models (LLMs, NLP, CV, or embeddings)
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle and model serving Experience with PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases
• Understanding of async architecture and background workers Strong debugging and system design skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
