What You’ll Do
- Lead design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the Tandem Simulation application.
- Write clean, secure, well‑documented code following best practices.
- Use AI‑driven tools like Cursor and Claude Code to boost productivity.
- Apply event‑driven architecture principles throughout development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align goals and timelines.
- Troubleshoot issues using web debugging techniques.
- Leverage AWS services (S3, OSS, RDS) for scalable solutions.
What You Need
- 6–8 years building commercial web applications.
- Strong object‑oriented programming expertise.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and a modern framework (React/Angular/Vue).
- Backend experience with Node.js and GoLang.
- Experience building Progressive Web Apps.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Hands‑on with AWS (S3, OSS, RDS) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Good to Have
- Experience with agentic AI workflows (Spec‑Driven Development or similar).
- Ability to create reusable AI‑assisted coding skills and prompts.
- Track record of optimizing AI model cost, latency, and quality.
