We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to drive feature development on our API‑first wealthtech platform. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering peers, delivering clean, testable code while working remotely from India or the EU.
What You’ll Do
- Translate high‑level requirements into detailed user stories with stakeholders.
- Design, build, and test API‑centric features for the platform.
- Write clean, maintainable C#/.NET Core code and unit tests.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects quickly.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate within a cross‑functional Agile team to meet sprint goals.
What You Need
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands‑on work with microservices architecture; event sourcing a plus.
- Solid grasp of Clean Code and SOLID principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluent English, with a track record of stakeholder relationship building.
Good to Have
- Domain knowledge in financial services, wealth management, brokerage or trading.
- Experience with event‑sourcing patterns in production systems.
- Demonstrated self‑starting attitude and eagerness to learn.
