🛠Project: RailVision – Intelligent Rail Freight Management
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Team Lead to spearhead the development of our high-impact Rail Management System (RMS) – a mission-critical platform used by leading steel, cement, and manufacturing companies for real-time rail logistics, tracking, and operations.
🎯 Who we’re looking for:
A passionate leader with hands-on development skills and a strong system design mindset. You’ll lead a fast-paced engineering team, own critical modules, and drive best practices in software architecture, performance, and delivery.
🔧 Tech Stack:
• Node.js / Fastify
• MongoDB & aggregation pipelines
• Redis, Kafka / message queues
• AWS / DevOps understanding
• Experience with GPS tracking, geofencing, and transport/logistics systems is a big plus
💡 What you’ll do:
• Lead the tech roadmap and guide junior developers
• Own end-to-end architecture and deployment
• Work closely with product & business teams to deliver robust logistics workflows
