What You’ll Do
- Design and extend multi‑agent AI applications, including agents, tools, workflows, and automations.
- Evaluate and integrate multiple LLMs and public AI models for diverse use cases.
- Build reusable AI components and convert PoCs into production‑ready solutions.
- Lead Salesforce delivery projects using AI‑first and agentic development practices.
- Develop Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs and integrations while adhering to architecture standards.
- Mentor developers on AI‑assisted coding tools and agentic development patterns.
What You Need
- 5–7 years of hands‑on Salesforce software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs, and metadata.
- Proven ability to build and deploy multi‑agent AI applications.
- Experience working with multiple LLM providers and evaluating model suitability.
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Gemini.
- Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, testing, and code review best practices.
Good to Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
- Hands‑on experience with Agentforce or similar enterprise AI/agent platforms.
- Knowledge of MCP, RAG, vector search, and LLM evaluation techniques.
