Got four-plus years building front-ends for WordPress and Shopify? Alventra Marketing in Nagpur needs someone who can translate SEO strategy into clean, fast code. We’re a lean team – around 20 people – focused on delivering genuine results for US-based service businesses, not chasing algorithm updates.
This isn’t about flashy design; it’s about building websites that *rank* and convert. You’ll be optimising everything from Core Web Vitals to structured data implementation, ensuring pages load quickly and are easily crawled. Expect to work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Liquid – a solid grasp of all is non-negotiable. You’ll be setting up analytics, managing migrations, and generally making sure our clients’ sites are technically sound – a complex task requiring attention to detail and a proactive approach.
We need someone comfortable balancing design requests with performance demands, and capable of implementing CRO features to boost conversions. You’ll collaborate closely with design and SEO specialists, contributing to A/B testing and data-driven improvements – and you’ll need to be able to interpret data from tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush. Still, this is a hands-on role; expect to be deeply involved in the technical execution.
