You’ll work on large‑scale digital transformation projects, shaping how businesses manage IT, HR, and customer services. Immediate joiners are preferred, and you’ll collaborate with senior technical leaders in a high‑performance environment. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc. Build custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. Create and customize Service Portal experiences for end‑users. Develop APIs and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems. Define platform architecture, governance, and best‑practice standards (Architect role). Guide technical teams through full implementation lifecycles. Optimize platform performance and ensure scalability. What You Need 4+ years of hands‑on experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Active ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS, or CTA). Proven expertise in at least one major ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.). Strong skills in workflow automation, integration, and custom application development. Experience developing Service Portal and platform‑level customizations. Ability to craft APIs and manage end‑to‑end integrations. Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities. Good to Have Exposure to AI‑enabled platforms such as Moveworks or ServiceNow Autonomous CRM. Familiarity with SecOps, GRC, SAM, or FSM modules.
