What You'll Do
- Coordinate the Microsoft Power Platform tenant, including environments, DLP policies, and Managed Environments configuration.
- Establish and uphold governance for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio agents.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and Copilot agents, ensuring their implementation across different environments.
- Manage Dataverse environments, security roles, and application lifecycle management using pipelines and solution-based deployments.
- Monitor Power Platform usage and drive cost optimization and rationalization initiatives.
- Support and enable citizen developers through standards, templates, training, and the Centre of Excellence toolkit.
- Build, develop, and maintain Power BI datasets, dataflows, semantic models, and reports.
- Coordinate Power BI workspaces, capacities, gateways, and row-level security.
- Implement governance, sensitivity labels, and sharing controls for Power BI content.
- Optimize data models and DAX measures for performance and scalability.
- Coordinate SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, storage, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Support SharePoint and OneDrive migration and content restructuring activities.
- Implement and maintain policies for governance, retention, data loss prevention, external sharing, and access control.
- Support Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI readiness through improving content management and safeguarding access to enterprise content.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive practical experience in Power Platform administration, including DLP policies and Managed Environments.
- Proven Power Apps and Power Automate development experience, including Dataverse and standard/premium connectors.
- Hands-on Power BI experience covering data modeling, DAX, Power Query, workspace administration, and capacity management.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, site management, permissions, and governance.
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation for managing Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, retention, DLP, and sensitivity labels within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot preparedness and AI integration principles.
- Solid problem-solving and customer management skills.
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and development, specifically focusing on Power Platform and Power BI.
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent qualification.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, PL-300, or MS-700 are highly desirable.
