You’ll build and maintain SmartComm correspondence solutions that enable banks and insurers to deliver regulated letters, statements and notices at scale. The role blends template design, workflow configuration, and production support—ideal for candidates who enjoy end‑to‑end document automation.
What You’ll Do
Design and maintain SmartComm correspondence templates.
Configure customer communication workflows in Smart Communications CCM.
Implement policy letters, statements and notices from business requirements.
Develop and support PDF generation and document composition solutions.
Perform template enhancements, compliance updates and production fixes.
Analyze incidents and provide L2/L3 production support.
Troubleshoot document generation, batch‑processing and integration issues.
What You Need
4‑7 years experience with SmartComm or comparable CCM platforms.
Hands‑on configuration of Smart Communications CCM.
Strong knowledge of PDF generation and document composition tools.
Proven L2/L3 production support and incident‑analysis skills.
Familiarity with release management, deployment and post‑production support.
Understanding of SDLC, change‑management and documentation standards.
Experience migrating from legacy CCM systems such as xPression or Documaker.
