About the Role

As a Software Developer Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain applications that support SCG’s business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and test software applications.
• Collaborate with teams to design system features and integrations.
• Maintain and improve existing applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Explore new technologies that support digital transformation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 0–3 years of software development experience; new graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and modern frameworks.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and agile methods.
