Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 – ₹8,000.00 per month

Benefits:

First 6 Months (Training Period):
No fixed salary
Only travel allowance and internet reimbursement will be provided up to 2K

Next 6 Months (Performance-Based Stipend):
Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 to ₹8,000, based on your performance and contribution

Post 12 Months (Confirmation Review):
Based on performance during the previous 6+6 months, you may:

Be offered a permanent role with a 50% to 100% salary increment, or

Be released if performance expectations are not met.
