We’re now scaling fast and are looking for a seasoned Senior Software Developer who is passionate about building extraordinary digital experiences and leading teams towards technical excellence.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with strong full-stack capabilities and a solid background in building marketing-tech solutions — AR/VR applications, AI-driven experiences, experiential web and mobile apps, and content-tech platforms.
The ideal candidate should not only be hands-on with development but also capable of architecting solutions, mentoring the tech team, and ensuring delivery of world-class outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architect, design, and develop interactive and scalable applications across AR, VR, AI-based experiences, experiential websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
2. Lead end-to-end development cycles — from ideation to deployment.
3. Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding practices, code reviews, and technical upskilling.
4. Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and BD teams to translate ideas into feasible, high-impact tech solutions.
5. Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools in the martech space.
6. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and performance.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve software products.
8. Ensure robust documentation of projects, codebases, and technical processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
A. 5–8 years of experience in full-stack software development.
B. Proficiency in frontend technologies: ReactJS, Next.js, Three.js (for 3D experiences), WebGL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
C. Proficiency in backend technologies: Node.js, Express.js, Python, or similar.
D. Experience with mobile app development: React Native, Flutter, or Native Android/iOS development.
E. Experience with WebAR, WebVR platforms and frameworks (e.g., 8th Wall, ZapWorks, Unity for AR/VR integrations) would be a plus.
F. Good understanding of AI integration (e.g., integrating LLMs, computer vision APIs, or GPT-based tools).
G. Hands-on experience with databases: MongoDB, Firebase, PostgreSQL or similar.
H. Understanding of cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure for deployments and scalability.
I. Experience building and deploying interactive websites, microsites, and immersive landing pages.
J. Strong leadership qualities: capable of managing and motivating a small to mid-sized tech team.
K. Excellent problem-solving, system design, and architecture skills.
L. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with changing priorities.
