DataTroops builds tools that help data teams work more efficiently – think of us as making things smoother for people who work with lots of data every day. We’re looking for enthusiastic Software Developer Interns to join our team in Mohali.
As an intern, you’ll spend a year getting hands-on experience working on real projects. You’ll be looking at both the backend (the part users don’t see) and frontend (what users interact with) code, trying to understand how everything works. A big part of the role involves figuring out how existing systems are built – things like how data flows through APIs and how information is stored in databases – and then documenting it for others. You’ll be working closely with experienced developers to build new features and improve what we already have.
We’re looking for someone currently studying BCA (graduating in 2026 or 2027) or B.Tech/MCA (graduating in 2027). You should have a basic grasp of programming concepts and be comfortable with data structures and algorithms. Knowing about APIs, SQL, and Git is a plus, and experience with languages like Java, Python, or Node.js is helpful too.
The internship offers a stipend between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 per month, and successful interns could be offered a full-time position with a salary of ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per year. This is an onsite role, meaning you’ll be working from our Mohali office. We also offer benefits like flexible schedules, paid time off, and provident fund.
