Cognition Technology builds software solutions for businesses, helping them improve how they work with technology. We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our team as Software Developers or IT Trainees.
In this role, you’ll be learning and using different software development technologies on actual projects. You’ll help with coding and building new features, working alongside experienced developers who will guide you. There will be regular training sessions and assignments to help you grow your skills. A big part of the job is working with your team to solve problems and deliver great results.
We’re looking for someone who has just graduated, or has up to 2-3 years of experience. You should have a basic understanding of computers and be comfortable communicating with others. It’s really important that you’re eager to learn new things – we’ll be using languages like Java and Python, so any interest in those is a plus. We value good communication skills as teamwork is essential here.
The location for this position is India, and it is currently a hybrid role, meaning you’ll work both from home and come into the office sometimes. Salary will be competitive and based on your skills and how you perform.
