In this role, you will be a part of the MasterCard D&S Technology development team, which focuses on leveraging new and innovative technologies to create business solutions that maintain MasterCard’s position as a leader in delivering value-added business analytics and reporting solutions to a diverse customer base. Working collaboratively with product partners and technical teams, you will play a key role in enhancing existing products and introducing new ones to the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop secure, scalable software solutions based on technical requirements and design specifications within specified timelines and budget.
– Collaborate with Product Owners to create intuitive user interfaces and engaging visualizations.
– Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry best practices to continuously improve your skills.
– Participate in architectural discussions, iteration planning, and feature sizing meetings.
– Develop high-quality code with a customer-centric approach.
– Provide assistance during System and User Acceptance Testing.
– Follow Agile processes and actively engage in Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in developing and supporting Full Stack Java applications using modern development tools.
– Strong experience with Full Stack Java Development using Spring 5 or higher.
– Familiarity with Java 8 or higher.
– Sound knowledge of writing performant queries for Oracle/SQL server databases.
– Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
– Exposure to CICD pipeline tools like Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube, and Chef for automated release.
– Working knowledge of servers like Tomcat, Apache, and IDEs including STS, Eclipse, IntelliJ, and Visual Studio.
– Experience in developing Restful web services using Spring Rest API.
– Understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
– Proficiency in Agile methodology and experience working in global teams.
