Join a fast‑growing team responsible for operating and continuously improving AI‑enabled digital services across Shell’s global functions. You’ll ensure reliability, security and compliance while supporting a portfolio of Generative AI, Agentic AI and automation solutions. What You’ll Do Design, develop and enhance AI agents, automations using Azure AI, Databricks and Power Platform. Provide 24/7 operational support: monitoring, incident response, root‑cause analysis and service restoration. Lead complex workstreams, ensuring operational readiness, governance and smooth transition to support. Own service reliability and observability for assigned AI applications and platforms. Collaborate with architects, platform teams, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant solutions. Drive continuous improvement through DevOps, CI/CD, automation and reduction of technical debt. What You Need 3–6 years delivering, supporting or enhancing AI/automation solutions in enterprise settings. Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and agent orchestration. Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Databricks Mosaic AI or similar platforms. Strong background in DevOps practices: CI/CD, source control, automation and observability. Experience managing production environments: monitoring, incident and problem management, change control. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. Good to Have Power Platform expertise: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Logic Apps. Data engineering tools: Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Power BI. Certifications such as AI‑900, Azure AI Engineer, Databricks Generative AI or Power Platform Developer.
