You should apply if you have:

- 0 to 4 years of software engineering and product delivery experience, with a strong background in data structures and algorithms.
- Proven software development credentials, demonstrating the successful building of complex products.
- Experience working with one or more general programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Go) and the ability to quickly learn new coding languages as needed.
- A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and a solid grasp of object-oriented principles.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Server Backend, Distributed and Parallel Systems, Full Stack Development (frontend and backend), Scalable Enterprise Platforms and Applications, Application Security and Incident Management, Android, iOS, and Machine Learning.
- Possess a spark that sets you apart from the crowd, with the ability to think creatively and solve problems on your feet.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complicated technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Possess multi-dimensional skills that contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Interviews: You will go through 3-4 rounds of interviews with our tech and leadership team.
Assessment: Alongside evaluating your technical and coding experience, we will assess your GCA (General Cognitive Ability), articulation abilities, attitude, and cultural fit.
