Software Engineer-Dynamics CRM — Software Engineer – Dynamics CRM – India You’ll design, build, and maintain extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to power Ecolab’s global customer‑facing applications. This role sits at the heart of a fast‑moving digital team, offering exposure to end‑to‑end CRM solutions and cutting‑edge Microsoft technologies. What You’ll Do Develop custom plugins and workflow activities using C#/.NET. Build and fine‑tune JavaScript/TypeScript UI components for forms and dashboards. Implement data integrations via Web API, XRM SDK, and FetchXML. Configure and extend Dataverse (CDS) entities, business rules, and Power Automate flows. Manage solution packaging, version control, and deployments through Azure DevOps and Git. Diagnose and resolve CRM performance or functional issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments. What You Need Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development. Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and plugin/workflow coding. Hands‑on knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Dataverse (CDS). Familiarity with Web API, XRM SDK, FetchXML, and REST integrations. Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and SQL Server for CI/CD. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM solutions. Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Good to Have Power Apps (canvas & model‑driven) and Power BI exposure. Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus. Understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or CPQ.
