Role: Software Engineer II
Experience: 2.5 Years to 4 Years
Location : Chandigarh
Shift Timings: IST/Afternoon Shift (Flexible to work in different shifts based on project requirements)
Job Type: Full Time
• Perform functional testing and follow manual testing processes.
• Develop and execute test cases based on user stories and business requirements.
• Identify, log, track, and verify bugs using test management tools like Jira.
• Analyze requirements for potential gaps and suggest improvements.
• Create detailed test documentation, including test plans and reports.
• Conduct API testing as part of quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Adapt to changing work priorities based on client needs.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong experience in manual testing, including functional testing, test case execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes.
• Proficiency in using test management tools like Jira.
• Good understanding of API testing.
• Knowledge on database testing is must and should be able to write sql queries.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and address requirement gaps.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work from the office.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Btech will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in automation testing.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
