What You’ll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable Java 17+ microservices using Spring Boot.
- Deploy containerized services on Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
- Design and optimize schemas; write efficient SQL/NoSQL queries for PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines; automate testing with JUnit and Mockito.
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and Java GenAI libraries into backend services.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and frontend teams to deliver AI‑enhanced features.
What You Need
- 5+ years Java backend development, Java 11/17+, multithreading and design patterns.
- Deep experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security.
- Strong RESTful API design and consumption.
- Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and Hibernate/JPA.
- Git version control and Maven or Gradle build tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Good to Have
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ messaging.
- Built a Retrieval‑Augmented Generation or chatbot prototype.
- Basic Python for AI scripting (optional).
