Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team. You will design, develop, and maintain high-
quality software applications that align with business objectives. The job role is critical in translating
business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and
organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software
products that meet user needs and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA) to translate requirements into functional software.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Integrate applications with databases, RESTful APIs, and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, microservices, DevOps tools).
Experience
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher).
• Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
• Experience with ORM tools like Hibernate or JPA.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MS-SQL).
• Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control (Git).
Skills & Competencies
• Worked in IT Development & Implementation Projects.
