Software Engineer – L2 Support – Bhubaneswar
Join a growing team dedicated to ensuring system reliability and resolving complex technical escalations. This role bridges customer support and engineering, allowing you to master root cause analysis on distributed systems.
What You’ll Do
Resolve high-priority technical escalations beyond L1 capabilities.
Perform deep-dive root cause analysis of production incidents.
Collaborate with developers to roll out hotfixes and patches.
Analyze logs, databases, and APIs to locate failures.
Document technical workarounds and FAQs for the knowledge base.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident postmortems.
Implement automation tools to reduce repeat issues.
What You Need
4-6 years of experience in software application support.
Strong debugging skills in Java and ReactJS.
Proficiency with SQL, log analysis, and RESTful APIs.
Fluency in speaking English, Hindi, and Odia.
Experience with production systems and incident response.
Good to Have
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus or ELK.
