We need a hands‑on Software Engineer III to drive backend development, API validation, and test automation, working on our API Management and Platform Configuration Services. You’ll contribute across backend services, automation utilities, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable releases. The position offers exposure to end‑to‑end release validation and cross‑team collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain backend services and REST APIs.
- Build Python‑based test automation using PyTest.
- Integrate test suites into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate API contracts, authentication, logging, and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues across services, environments, and deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance API reliability.
What You Need
- 6–8 years of backend development experience.
- Strong Python programming skills; Go or Node.js a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with PyTest automation.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs and JSON contracts.
- Practical knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
