We’re looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead and scale our AI-focused product engineering team. You will be working with a group of highly collaborative and smart engineers, who take pride in building some of the world’s best software. Our Agentic AI for Cybersecurity has been recognized with multiple global awards and have multiple patents pending.
This role is equally hands-on engineering and people leadership – perfect for someone who wants to both build and lead. In addition to working with an exceptional team, you will be at the cutting edge of AI and cybersecurity.
What You’ll Do
As an Engineer (~50%)
• Develop state-of-the-art AI agents and systems aimed at revolutionizing how security teams detect, triage, and respond to incidents, using models such as LLama, Claude, and GPT-4.
• Work with our AI researchers to implement some of the ideas to product
• Design and implement advanced internal agent-based systems for security operations, including anomaly detection, threat intelligence correlation, and automated incident prioritization.
• Prototype and innovate AI solutions that streamline security processes, enhance detection accuracy, and improve response times.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI technologies into our security solutions, ensuring they meet high-performance standards and contribute to user-centric outcomes.
As a Manager (~50%)
• Lead a remote team of full-stack and AI engineers.
• Own and deliver the product roadmap with Product and Design.
• Guide system architecture, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Hire, coach, and grow high-performing engineers.
• Foster a fast-moving, AI-forward engineering culture.
Requirements
• Strong experience with engineering complex software, with exceptional understanding of building a scalable maintainable codebase
• Experience with cloud technologies, databases, and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Java, C++)
• Great understanding of computer science fundamentals
Who you are:
• You are technically skilled, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong interest in applying your AI expertise to develop solutions that address significant challenges in the security domain.
• 10+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in engineering leadership.
• Great communicator and mentor in remote-first teams.
Good to have
• Built AI-powered SaaS or low-code/no-code platforms.
• We are heavily biased towards Startup or high-growth experience
• Blogged or contributed to open-source projects.
