What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a multi‑product engineering team.
- Drive architecture and design for Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core microservices.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
- Oversee event‑driven systems implementation using Kafka and related messaging.
- Establish SDLC, quality controls, and DevSecOps practices across teams.
- Partner with product, architecture, and business leaders to define roadmaps.
- Champion AI‑enabled features, including Generative AI and autonomous workflows.
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years leading engineering teams.
- Hands‑on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core.
- Experience building microservices and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with Kafka or similar event‑driven platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and testing pipelines.
- Ability to manage security, compliance, and risk requirements.
Good to Have
- Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or major cloud providers.
- Hands‑on work with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG workflows.
- Background in banking or financial services domains.
