What You’ll Do
- Develop new features from internal and external requirements.
- Analyze, debug, and fix bugs in the core banking codebase.
- Optimize existing code for performance and maintainability.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and business analysts.
- Collaborate with vendors and infrastructure teams on integration tasks.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years experience with core banking or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills and systematic problem‑solving approach.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and good communication.
- Self‑motivated, quality‑focused, goal‑oriented team player.
- Willingness to undergo training for Avaloq Certified Customization Professional.
Good to Have
- Experience with customer communication management systems.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Familiarity with information security concepts.
