What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica, Teradata, SQL, Perl, and Databricks.
- Lead offshore development team and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver data solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure data quality.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and governance.
- Support application run‑operations and conduct data analysis.
- Document technical designs, processes, and standards.
What You Need
- 6+ years of Informatica development with Teradata, SQL, and Perl expertise.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Databricks.
- Strong data modeling, warehousing, and performance‑tuning skills.
- Proficiency with version control and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Harness).
- Demonstrated leadership of projects and offshore teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Hands‑on Agile methodology experience.
Good to Have
- Experience with Universal Automation Center (UAC) and Tosca testing.
- Familiarity with Unix, Oracle, and SQL Server environments.
- Understanding of insurance/financial services regulations such as DPDPA.
