Sr. Data Analyst – Nagpur | Full-time
A senior‑level analyst role supporting a Weekday AI client across supply‑chain, education and energy domains. You’ll combine strong SQL and Python skills with business acumen to turn data into financial and operational outcomes, making immediate impact while enjoying direct ownership and close interaction with the founder.
What You’ll Do
Solve complex SQL queries to extract and transform large multi‑domain datasets.
Build interactive dashboards and models for supply‑chain, education, or energy projects.
Evaluate inventory financial impacts, including holding, stock‑out, and working‑capital costs.
Calculate and optimise Minimum Order Quantities and allocation strategies.
Automate data pipelines and present insights with clear business implications.
What You Need
3–5 years of data analytics experience, preferably in supply‑chain or inventory.
Advanced SQL proficiency (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimisation).
Python expertise for analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy).
Ability to translate operational data into financial impact assessments.
Hands‑on with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Good to Have
Advanced Excel modeling and statistical analysis.
Experience with cloud data platforms and basic data engineering.
