Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Strong experience in developing the complex Business Application and end-to-end implementation experience focusing on large enterprise scale in Public and Private Cloud environments.
• Should have good experience in Monitoring and Observability solutions leveraging Cloud Services
• Should have good experience in Python / Pyspark, TypeScript and other Programming languages used Gen AI Solution development.
• Hyperscallers supported Model Life-cycle Management – Fine-tune and prompt-engineer foundation models for customer-specific use cases – Apply RAG techniques with vector DB ( e.g. FAISS, Pinecone, Opensearch)
• Cloud & MLOps – Deploy and monitor Gen AI models on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) , Azure (OpenAI), or GCP (Vertex AI). Create CI/CD pipelines and ML workflows for model versioning, testing and rollback.
• Leading team of Jr. Developers
• Directly working and managing customer and key business owners on clearing doubts about the solution provided
• Good consulting skills including interacting with and presenting to senior and technical stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Strong facilitation skills to ensure alignment to architectural vision and operating models
Profile Requirement:
• Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience in Cloud Environments and passion to develop AI Solution leveraging Cloud native AI services.
• Proficiency with modern foundation models (opensource and proprietary), and hands-on experience deployments of these solutions in production at scale using Cloud-native services.
• Good understanding on various Cloud AI Services (Azure / AWS/ Google) and Technologies like LangChain, HuggingFace, LangGraph, Groq and CrewAI, MCP Server.
• Programming skills: Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, REST APIs.
• Understanding of Transformer Architectures, tokenization, embeddings and diffusion models.
• Working experience – Build AI Agents and orchestration flows using tools like LangChain, Haystack, Amazon Bedrock Agents or LlamaIndex.
• Working knowledge of Cloud services for containerization and orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes)
• Previous experience of supporting RFPs/RFQs/RFPs is an added advantage.
• Experience with responsible AI practices, guardrails, and hallucination reduction techniques.
• Exposure to prompt engineering best practices, chaining methods and grounding with enterprise data.
