What You’ll Do
- Partner with customers to understand strategies, challenges, and goals.
- Lead end‑to‑end project coordination and ensure successful delivery.
- Design and configure Workday applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop and launch Workday integrations using EIB, Web Services API.
- Configure security settings and manage confidential data handling.
- Create reports and dashboards to support HR analytics.
What You Need
- BE/MBA/M.Tech degree with strong technical foundation.
- Workday Payroll, Studio Integration, PICOF and PECI expertise.
- Hands‑on experience building Workday integrations (EIB, APIs).
- Project management experience for ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of Workday security configuration and data privacy.
- Proficiency with XML, XSLT and core connectors (Worker, Payroll).
Good to Have
- Linux/Shell scripting for automation tasks.
- Experience with Cloud Connect for Worker and CCB.
- Skills in custom reports, calculated fields, and HR module functional knowledge.
