What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Gather requirements and map business processes with stakeholders.
- Build scalable automation workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation for reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in automation.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline.
- Hands‑on experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere RPA tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to design, test, and troubleshoot automation scripts.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in English (C2 level).
Good to Have
- Blue Prism certifications: Developer, Professional Developer, or Solution Designer.
- Experience applying Design Thinking and storytelling in tech projects.
