What You’ll Do
- Design and implement automation frameworks for web and API layers.
- Develop scalable Selenium tests using Java or Python and BDD (Cucumber).
- Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Docker.
- Create test plans, review cases, and manage traceability matrices.
- Mentor junior and mid‑level testers, delivering technical training.
- Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign‑off.
What You Need
- 5+ years in Selenium automation with Java/Python.
- Strong API automation experience, including JMeter performance testing.
- Hands‑on with Azure DevOps for test management and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Experience testing Salesforce applications and integration testing.
- Solid SQL/data validation and test data management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience with JIRA/TestRail for test management.
- Proven track record in process improvement and defect prevention strategies.
- ISTQB or CEH certifications.
