Role Overview:
You are an experienced IT professional with over 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in microservice architecture development. Your expertise lies in software application and system component design, system analysis, and design. You have a solid background in digital experience channels, API Gateway, Microservices, Application Integration, and Enterprise Integration, particularly in domains like personal banking, as well as domains such as Banking, Insurance, Telecom, and Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
– Creating and maintaining database standards and policies
– Building the next generation banking platform using microservices and micro frontend technology
– Designing and building function-centric solutions in the transition from traditional legacy platforms to microservices architectures
– Defining and refactoring multi-channel client architecture to offer differentiated end-user experiences through containerization and cloud technology
– Outlining governance, guiding principles for microservices/micro frontend development, and ensuring adherence to best practices by the development team
– Collaborating with an agile, scrum-based team to understand business domain and client requirements, driving analysis, architecture/design, and development of quality technical solutions and deliverables
– Participating in coordinated planning sessions, providing effort estimates for IT solutions related to business initiatives
– Keeping updated on current and emerging technologies, industry trends, and standards
Qualification Required:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with hands-on experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, with knowledge and experience in the Spring Boot framework
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas or technical solutions to business and management teams
– Desirable domain knowledge in the Financial Services industry
