Sr. Software Developer (VC++, MFC, SQL/Oracle)

We’re looking for a seasoned C++ professional to take ownership of a legacy Windows application and drive its evolution. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the product remains stable, secure, and performant. What You’ll Do Enhance and maintain a VC++/MFC legacy application with RDBMS backend. Diagnose and resolve defects to guarantee stability and reliability. Collaborate with product, QA, and architecture teams for technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of the software. Participate in full SDLC: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment. Drive continuous improvement of development tools and processes. What You Need 8+ years developing C++ applications with VC++ and extensive MFC experience. Proven track record building MDI interfaces using MFC. Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL and Oracle (or comparable RDBMS). Proficient in modern C++ (C++11+) and debugging/profiling tools. Experience with source control (Git, SVN) and Agile SDLC. Knowledge of database connectivity (ADO, ODBC, OLE DB) on Windows. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Good to Have Experience with RESTful API integration and enterprise application support. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of additional languages/frameworks (C#, .NET Core, cloud platforms). The Opportunity Based in Baner, Pune, you’ll play a pivotal role in modernizing a long‑standing Windows product.
