Staff Software Engineer – CSP – .Net – India
Join a high‑impact engineering squad delivering intelligent banking platforms at scale. You’ll shape core modules, solve tough technical challenges, and mentor peers while working on mission‑critical fintech solutions.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement core banking components in C/C++ and .Net.
Lead root‑cause analysis for complex performance or security issues.
Guide teammates through technical blockers and code reviews.
Track progress, manage risks, and coordinate dependencies across sprints.
Work directly with client‑facing teams to resolve production incidents.
Drive reduction of technical debt and modernization of legacy code.
What You Need
12+ years of software development experience on large enterprise products.
Strong command of C, C++, Win32, and MFC libraries.
Deep understanding of Windows internals (process, memory, file system).
Proficiency with multithreading, inter‑process communication, and STL.
Expertise in debugging using WinDbg or equivalent tools.
Hands‑on experience with MS SQL or Oracle databases.
Familiarity with .Net technologies and AI tools such as Cursor.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
