Technical Consultant, Data Engineer — Technical Consultant – Data Engineer – India | Full‑Time

Build and support cloud‑native data platforms that power advanced analytics and AI for AHEAD’s clients. Join fast‑moving project teams (on‑site and remote) to design, implement, and maintain modern data environments across public‑cloud and multi‑cloud architectures.

What You’ll Do
Build, operationalize, and monitor end‑to‑end data processing systems.
Create automated pipelines for batch and streaming ingestion of structured and unstructured data.
Develop custom streaming applications using Kinesis, Lambda, or similar cloud services.
Engineer and maintain SQL and NoSQL data structures and ELT workflows for data lakes (Snowflake, Cloud Storage, Hadoop).
Deliver testable, maintainable solutions using the most appropriate tools for each task.
Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with scrum teammates to meet sprint commitments.

What You Need
3+ years professional experience in data warehousing and engineering.
3+ years building scalable solutions with Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.
2+ years Python development for data pipelines.
3+ years working in Azure cloud environments; 2 years with Redshift.
Strong hands‑on experience with SQL/RDBMS, NoSQL, and Git.
Proven client‑facing communication and facilitation skills.
