TL, Software Engineer (MS SQ database, SSIS, performance tuning) – India
You will lead a team designing enterprise-grade data systems for a leading InsurTech innovator. This hybrid role combines technical leadership with hands-on performance engineering to ensure high availability and scalability. What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor database developers and ETL engineers.
Design efficient database schemas and secure data models.
Optimize queries, indexing strategies, and execution plans.
Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL Server SSIS.
Resolve complex production issues via root cause analysis.
Monitor performance using Dynatrace or Splunk tools.
Enforce SQL best practices through rigorous code reviews.
What You Need
8-12 years of SQL Server development experience.
Deep expertise in query optimization and execution plans.
Hands-on experience with SSIS development and SSRS reporting.
Proficiency in stored procedures, triggers, and complex joins.
Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Splunk.
Strong background in data modeling and database design.
Good to Have
Experience with high-performance NoSQL database solutions.
Ability to learn new programming languages as needed.
