You’ll make an impact by:
- The candidate’s core responsibility would be to generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Design Engineering Service Line – Automation and Fire.
- Handle the creation and maintenance of accurate BOM for Design Engineering Service Line.
- Update BOM with accurate information about materials – both Siemens and third party.
- Collaboration with Operational team and Interact with different stake holders.
- Utilize the Smart Infrastructure Parts to gather common materials or pricing.
- Associate quotes to line items in SAP.
- Insert and update any Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) created by the Design Engineer.
- Collaborate with TL’s for any prioritization of BOM request.
- Create re estimates for the Design Engineer.
- Automation Tasks – Run DT to SAP BOM transfer, insert any missing/third-party materials.
- Fire Tasks – Enter material in SAP per the fire deviation report and final as designed, insert any missing/third-party materials, adjust the as sold.

- Graduation in any discipline.
