Job Overview:
– We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives in the general insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
– Strategy Development: Design and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve company growth targets.
– Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media).
– Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
– Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget to maximize ROI and drive cost-effective marketing strategies.
– Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
– Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Experience) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
– Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
– 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
– Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
– Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
