Wider World Immigration helps people achieve their dreams of living and working abroad – we provide visa and immigration services to clients around the globe. We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing team and help us build and improve the tools that make this happen.
As a Software Engineer here, you’ll be involved in building and testing the software systems we use every day. You’ll help guide our programming efforts and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also be creating documentation to explain how our systems work, and you’ll get to talk directly with clients and other teams to understand their needs and share updates on projects. A big part of the role involves looking at data to figure out the best way to install new systems or improve the ones we already have.
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field. Ideally, you’ll have 2-3 years of experience in software development, but we’re open to considering enthusiastic freshers too. You should be comfortable with programming and familiar with common development tools. Being able to think through challenges and find creative solutions is really important, as is being able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people.
This position is based in India and is a hybrid role, meaning you’ll work both from the office and remotely. We offer free food, accommodation, allowances, and medical facilities as part of the package. Salary will be discussed during the interview process.
