As a Website Developer at our company, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining websites using Wix Editor, Wix Studio, and Wix Velo (Corvid) to implement custom functionalities. Your role will involve translating design mockups, wireframes, or client briefs into visually appealing and responsive Wix websites. You will utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Wix Velo for advanced features, dynamic content, and integrations.
Additionally, you will be in charge of updating and managing website content, images, videos, and other multimedia assets. Ensuring fast loading speeds, mobile responsiveness, and smooth navigation will be crucial, along with implementing on-page SEO, meta tags, structured data, and Google Analytics / Google Search Console tracking. Troubleshooting website issues, bugs, and functional errors promptly is also part of your responsibilities.
Collaboration with designers, marketing teams, and project managers will be essential to meet project goals and timelines effectively. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Wix website development, a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with SEO best practices, integrating third-party tools and APIs with Wix, UI/UX principles, and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are required. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is a must.
