Position Overview
As a WordPress Developer, you’ll be working alongside a skilled and creative team of developers and designers. You will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of stunning WordPress websites that deliver both functionality and visual appeal. You’ll get hands-on experience customizing themes and plugins, optimizing site performance, and working with a variety of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Bonus points if you’re familiar with Figma! Your role will be key to ensuring that every website is user-friendly, responsive, and visually striking.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites and themes.
• Collaborate closely with designers to bring responsive, mobile-friendly website designs to life.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins for improved functionality and performance.
• Implement front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to develop unique solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues to ensure smooth performance.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, updates, plugins, and best practices.
• Actively participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to enhance processes.
• Manage content updates, create new pages, and maintain website functionality as needed.
