We are looking for a skilled backend engineer to build Java‑based microservices, integrate Oracle MDM, and drive ETL pipelines. You’ll work with Spring Boot, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices, collaborating across data, front‑end and business teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design, code, and deploy Spring Boot microservices in Java.
- Expose and document RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Containerize applications and orchestrate deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Integrate Oracle MDM with systems via APIs, middleware, or Kafka queues.
- Implement security (OAuth2/JWT), caching, and performance tuning.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated cloud/on‑prem deployments.
What You Need
- Proven Java development expertise with Spring Boot and microservices.
- Hands‑on experience managing containers using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong REST API design skills, handling JSON and XML payloads.
- Deep knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and database performance tuning.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Good to Have
- Automic job‑scheduling expertise.
- Monitoring with Grafana, OpenSearch, and automation via Ansible.
- Data‑governance and data‑quality framework experience.
- Oracle PL/SQL certification and Informatica PowerCenter proficiency.
